What is Yoga Therapy?
Yoga Therapy is the specific application of yogic tools—postures/exercises, breathwork, meditation techniques, and more—to address an individual’s physical, mental, and emotional needs.
All Yoga is potentially therapeutic and healing as the unique yogic model of health addresses every aspect of life rather than considering each body part or system separately. Yoga Therapy is a safe way of working with the natural capacity of your body and mind to optimize well-being.

A teacher in Hatha Yoga based on Integral Yoga by Shri Aurobindo, she has also taught in prestigious Shri Aurobindo Ashram. Transformational Yoga helped her deepen her attention to the subject.

I have been blessed to be with Sonu ma'am since I started taking her valuable classes at the beginning of the pandemic, as a social responsibility. She has always been very informative and makes each student connect to breath.
The best part about her is she is always the same whether it's with or without energy exchange. She is very generous and shares maximum guidance. It's just that I have had a very positive experience.
Thanks a lot, ma'am. It's always a pleasure to be in your session.
